Mission

Banchte Shekha will bring about an improved quality for life for the poor women and children in the social and economic sphere. Especially by using awareness techniques to empower the beneficiaries with the skills to survive and assist them to access their legal and democratic rights.

A society which fulfils all fundamental demands and rights of the poor women and children, in which social harmony, peace, justice and ecological balance prevail.

Specific objective Banchte Shekha

To empower the destitute, hardcore, marginalized, disadvantaged women through various life oriented education & training making them self-reliance for promoting economic development.
To assist them creating multiple ways of generating income.

To encourage them increasing savings through the earnings.

To use their savings in re-constructing the rural infrastructure & freeing them from the clutch of the exploitation of the moneylenders generating new ways of earning money.

To ensure their social, legal rights against inhumane torture & injustice under rural system.

To make them skilled through life oriented, practical education system.

To make them aware of food preservation & development of expertise in the related fields.

To emphasis them on primary health care system.

To make them conscious of treatment & prevention of diseases.

To encourage them controlling population through effective birth control method.

To take necessary steps for promoting balance development of the neglected children.

To arrange workshop through promoting social & cultural skills.

To raise awareness on environment, ecosystem &biodiversity.

To provide legal aid to the destitute, vulnerable women against torture & injustice.

To play complementary role in the development activities initiated by the Govt.
